Get the details right before we print

A clear design with bold colour

A simple logo or graphic can make a strong impression. Spot-colour screen printing uses separate screens for the individual ink colours in your design.

It’s an option worth considering for business logos, lettering and artwork with clearly defined shapes. We’ll check your design against the garment colour before recommending the print approach.

Give each colour a place in your design

Adding colours changes how a screen print is prepared. The number of colours, print size and order quantity all help determine the work involved and the price.

Send through your artwork and we’ll explain the options. For highly detailed or full-colour images, another printing method may be a better fit.

Start with the clearest artwork you have

Fine lettering, small details and image quality can affect how a design prints. Send your original artwork where possible, rather than a screenshot or a photo of an existing shirt.

We’ll review the file and let you know if we need anything else to assess the job. If you’re unsure what to send, ask our team first.

Put your logo where it works

A small chest logo creates a different look from a large back print. Think about how the garment will be worn and where you want your business name or artwork to be seen.

Tell us your preferred position and approximate size. We’ll check what’s suitable for the garment and include the requested print locations in your quote.

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Screen Printing FAQs

Not sure which print method suits your order? We’ll help you work through the options.
Screen printing applies ink through a stencil onto the garment. DTF transfers a design from printed film using heat. Your artwork, fabric and quantity help determine which method suits the job.
T-shirts, hoodies and suitable workwear are common options. Send us the garment details so we can check its fabric, construction and available print area.
We can supply clothing or assess garments you already have. Please check suitability with us before buying items specifically for printing.

We accept small orders, but screen setup may make another method more economical. We’ll recommend an approach for your quantity.

Some orders require a setup fee. This depends on the artwork and printing method and will be included in your quote.

Most jobs are usually completed within 7–10 business days. Confirm your required date with us when ordering.

Follow the garment label. Generally, wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent, avoid bleach and line dry. Don’t iron directly over the print.
