What image type/quality do I need to provide for my business logo/design?
Please attach images in JPG or PNG format, preferably with a transparent background and in the highest resolution possible to ensure optimal clarity and print/embroidery quality. If any of these formatting requirements are not possible, or you require our assistance adjusting the file, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Do you offer logo design?
Unfortunately, we do not offer logo design. However, we are more than happy to refer you to other local businesses that can help you out.
Do you source the uniforms, or should I bring some in?
We can source any type of work wear to suit your business. Just let us know what you need and we'll get it sorted.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We don't have a minimum order quantity for any items except for round stubby coolers (50). So, whether you want one item or 100, we’ll happily print whatever you need with the same level of care and attention to detail.
Do you do one-off prints?
Yes we do!
Do you have a set-up fee?
We have a one-off set-up fee for some orders. This price depends on the complexity of the design or the style of printing.
What is the turn-around time for printed products
We try to complete most jobs within 7-10 business days.
